Do you sell American mahjong or Chinese mahjong?
Mahjong Master is built for American mahjong: 152- or 160-tile sets, racks, Charleston passing, and National Mah Jongg League-style play. Product pages state tile count and what is included.
What size tiles should I buy?
Most American home sets use tiles around 1.2 inches long. Larger tiles are easier to read and rack; travel sets are smaller. Check the tile size field on each product.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping estimates are on the shipping policy page and at checkout.
What if a tile is missing or broken?
Photograph the issue and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace damaged pieces or explain a refund under the refund policy.
Do mats include Charleston guides?
Some mats print direction or Charleston marks; others are a plain playing surface. Each mat page says which layout you get.
Is the site available in other languages?
No. Mahjong Master is English only.
